Privacy policy

We respect the privacy of our Customers. This document is intended to explain the principles of collecting, processing, and using of information about our customers - the users visiting our site.
  

Privacy policy – protection of data

The personal data sent in the course of using the www.beyond.pl site will be processed in accordance with the scope of authorization granted by the User and with the applicable laws pertaining to the protection of personal data (currently it is the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws no. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws no. 144, item 1204).If the User would like to find out if we have recorded any of his or her personal data or what type of information it is, please contact us using the contact data to be found in the Contact tab in the site menu. Should the User want to correct, modify, or remove the information recorded by us, please follow the same procedure. The personal data submitted to us is treated with due care and we guarantee that all data received is processed with proper confidentiality and security, in observance of the relevant laws, from the moment we receive it.
  

Access to information about Users

We do not transfer or sell the Users’ personal data to other persons or entities, with the exception of situations where the User has expressly stated his or her consent to such transfer of data, or situations where the competent authorities demand such information in accordance with applicable laws. We may provide to trusted third parties, such as web sites or advertizing agencies, general statistics concerning the Site’s traffic and other information pertaining to our site, which do not contain data that enables identification of the Users.
  

Use of IP addresses and cookies

In order to ensure continuous improvement of our Site, we monitor which parts of our Site are visited by our Users and how long their visits are. Such monitoring consists in recording the IP addresses of our Site’s Users’ computers using blocks of information recorded on the User’s side (commonly referred to as cookies). Recording of IP addresses does not enable us to identify the Users’ data. Cookies are short text files which our server places on the User’s computer while monitoring the moves of the User’s computer in our Site. Cookies work only if the web browser accepts them and they are not removed from the hard drive. The Users can block storage of cookies on their computers and block the cookies from our server.
  

Site Partners and legal entities

The Privacy Policy does not pertain to web sites and companies whose contact data has been given in the contact form at the Site or in e-mail messages. To obtain further explanations, the User can contact us using the contact data available in the Contact tab in the site menu.
  

Changes in the privacy protection policy

We reserve the right to change and revise the above terms of use of the Site. We will inform the Site Users’ of any changes immediately at the www.beyond.com site.
